Sim Racing
These rules are intended to protect our equipment and ensure an enjoyable experience for every member and guest.
- Respect the Equipment. Treat all simulators, wheels, pedals, shifters, monitors, and accessories with care. Intentional abuse or misuse is prohibited.
- Food & Drinks. Food is not permitted at the simulators. Drinks must remain in designated cup holders with secure lids.
- Clean Hands. Please avoid using the simulators with greasy, oily, dirty, or wet hands or clothing.
- Reservation Times. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend reservations.
- Report Problems. Notify a staff member immediately if you notice damaged equipment, loose controls, software issues, or display problems.
- No Unauthorized Changes. Do not disconnect cables, install software, modify settings, or move equipment without staff approval.
- Respect Others. Treat staff and fellow racers respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
- Damage Responsibility. Customers may be held responsible for intentional or negligent damage to equipment.
- Footwear. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Footwear that may damage the pedals is prohibited.
- Guests & Minors. Guests must follow all rules. Minors must be supervised unless participating in an approved event.
- Streaming. Recording your own session is welcome, but please respect the privacy of others.
- Online Racing. Race cleanly. No intentional wrecking, cheating, or exploiting software during online sessions.
- Leave It Clean. Dispose of trash, return borrowed accessories, and leave the simulator ready for the next racer.
- Staff Authority. Staff may end any session if equipment is being misused or unsafe behavior is observed.
