The following rules and policies apply to all Southern Drive Collective members and their guests while on the premises.

1. Approved Materials

Members may bring fluids, lubricants, automotive parts, tools, and non-alcoholic beverages into designated shop areas. Hazardous chemicals, caustic solutions, and materials that may damage vehicles, equipment, or property may only be handled by Southern Drive Collective staff.

2. Spill Response

All spills must be reported immediately and contained using the spill response equipment located within the facility. Members are responsible for cleaning spills they create and notifying staff of any hazardous materials release.

3. Vehicle Operation

Vehicles may only be started and operated within the facility when necessary for ingress, egress, diagnostics, repairs, or testing, and only with staff approval. Excessive revving, burnouts, racing, or unnecessary noise are strictly prohibited.

4. Fluid Disposal

Used motor oil, coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and other automotive fluids must be disposed of in the designated waste containers provided by Southern Drive Collective. Dumping fluids into trash receptacles, drains, or onto the ground is strictly prohibited.

5. Lift Safety

Only Southern Drive Collective employees may operate vehicle lifts. Members may not raise, lower, reposition, adjust, or otherwise operate any lift equipment. If any re-positioning is required, members must request assistance from a Southern Drive Collective staff member.

6. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Reservations for lift bays, simulators, events, or other scheduled services must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a cancellation fee: 50% of the reservation is kept, and the remaining 50% is refunded automatically to the original payment method. Members who fail to appear for a scheduled reservation without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full reservation fee and may have future reservation privileges restricted at the discretion of Southern Drive Collective management.

7. Tool Usage

Members must use all tools and equipment as intended. Impact-rated sockets must be used with pneumatic or electric impact tools. Members are responsible for reporting any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately.

8. Air Conditioning Systems

Members may not disconnect, vent, or release refrigerant from any air conditioning system. Any service involving refrigerants must comply with all applicable environmental regulations and be performed by qualified personnel.

9. Minors

Individuals under 18 years of age are permitted only in designated lounge or public areas unless specifically authorized by Southern Drive Collective staff. Minors must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times.

10. Smoking & Open Flames

Smoking, vaping, open flames, torches, welding equipment, and any flame-producing devices are prohibited inside the facility unless specifically authorized by Southern Drive Collective management.

11. Alcohol & Drugs

The possession or consumption of alcohol, illegal drugs, or intoxicating substances on the property is strictly prohibited. Anyone appearing impaired may be removed from the premises without refund at management's discretion.

12. Respectful Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, threats, aggressive behavior, abusive language, or disrespect toward members, guests, or staff will not be tolerated. Southern Drive Collective reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of this policy.

13. Compliance with Laws

All members and guests must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws while on Southern Drive Collective property.

14. Restricted Areas

Members may not enter restricted areas, employee-only areas, storage rooms, offices, or another member's reserved workspace without permission.

15. Commercial Activity

Members may not solicit business, advertise services, conduct unauthorized commercial operations, or sell products on the premises without prior written approval from Southern Drive Collective.

16. Instruction & Training

Members may not conduct paid training, classes, workshops, or professional automotive instruction without prior written authorization from Southern Drive Collective.

17. Parking Regulations

Vehicles not actively being serviced must be parked only in designated parking areas. Overnight parking or vehicle storage is permitted only with prior approval or applicable storage arrangements. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.

18. Required Attire

Members and guests must wear shirts and closed-toe, closed-heel footwear in all shop areas. Sandals, flip-flops, and other open-toed footwear are prohibited. Long hair must be secured while working around equipment.

19. Food & Beverage Policy

Only beverages in sealed, non-breakable containers are permitted in shop areas. Food and drinks must be kept away from tools, equipment, and vehicles. Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

20. Audio Devices

Music, videos, or other audio may only be played through headphones or at a volume that does not disturb other members or interfere with facility operations.

21. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted inside the facility, except for service animals protected under applicable law.

22. Vehicle Cleanliness

No perishable food, open drink containers, or materials likely to attract pests may be left in vehicles stored on the property.

23. Member Access Credentials

Membership key fobs, access cards, or digital credentials are assigned to individual members only and may not be shared, loaned, or transferred. Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

24. Facility Equipment

Members are responsible for any damage caused to Southern Drive Collective property, tools, equipment, lifts, simulators, furnishings, or facilities due to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized operation.

25. Guest Responsibility

Members are responsible for the conduct and actions of any guests they bring onto the property. Guests must follow all facility rules and remain accompanied by the sponsoring member.

26. Photography & Media

Southern Drive Collective may photograph or record activities occurring on the property for promotional, marketing, or security purposes. Members who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify management.

27. Membership Revocation

Southern Drive Collective reserves the right to deny access, suspend memberships, revoke memberships, or remove any person from the property for violations of these rules, unsafe conduct, or behavior deemed detrimental to the facility, staff, or membership community.

28. Firearms and Weapons

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives intended as weapons, or any other dangerous weapons are prohibited inside Southern Drive Collective facilities. Firearms must remain secured inside a member's or guest's personal vehicle and may not be carried, displayed, handled, or stored within the building. Southern Drive Collective reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person who violates this policy.
