You can cancel or reschedule up to 1 day before your appointment. After that it can't be canceled or rescheduled.

We hold your bay or simulator exclusively for you, so please give us as much notice as you can if your plans change.

Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead
Sign in and open My Bookings to cancel. You'll be refunded in full, automatically, to your original payment method.

Cancelling within 24 hours
You can still cancel online. 50% of what you paid is refunded automatically to your original payment method, and 50% is kept as a cancellation fee. You'll see the exact amounts before you confirm.

No-shows
Reservations missed without notice are charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.
